Maintaining your personal information

We will store your personal information until such time as you advise us you no longer wish it to be held, for instance by unsubscribing from our mailing list. Any objections you make to any processing of your data under the terms described above will be stored against your record on our system to ensure we can comply with your requests. You also have the right to ask for a copy of the information held by us in our records and have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your information.


We have put in place appropriate safeguards (both in terms of our procedures and the technology we use) to keep your personal information as secure as possible.

Use of photographs/videos

We may have a photographer/videographer taking images/videos of people at Open/Close events. Some of the resulting images/videos are used on our website and in print to promote the activities of Open/Close. We take every measure to ensure the subjects of the photographs/videos (or a parent/carer) grant permission for the images/videos to be used by us for promotional purposes, at the time the photograph/video is taken. Should you believe that an image/video should not be used for any valid reason please contact us and we will remove it.


Open/Close will only retain your information if you actively opt in to regular communications eg. our mailing list. By opting in and disclosing your personal information to us, you will be consenting to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Open/Close. While the apps are being used by the Vendor's Users they do not knowingly collect Personal Information and hereby specifically prohibit any User from providing the Vendor with any Personal Information. If you are a legal guardian of a child under the age of 5 and you believe that your child has provided the Vendor Personal Information, please contact the Vendor at and the Vendor will delete such information.

2. Non-Personal Data
The Vendor collects non-identifiable and anonymous information via Apple, Inc. as detailed below (“Non-personal Data”). The Vendor only receives data from Apple from users who have agreed to share their diagnostics and usage information with app developers.

With respect to such apps Non-personal Data, the Vendor has no idea of the identity of the User from whom Apple collected the apps Non-personal Data. Apps Non-personal Data collected by Apple may include the following technical information: device type (e.g. iPhone, iPad, iPod) and country of sale (e.g. United States, United Kingdom, Germany, etc).

3. How user information is collected
The above-mentioned Non-personal Data is collected by Apple, Inc. and stored on Apple’s servers. The Vendor accesses the data via Apple's iTunes Connect and related App Analytics. For more information on Apple’s User Information collection please refer to their privacy policy at

4. Advertising
The Vendor does not display third-party advertising in its Apps.
